How can I get refund, exchange or warranty information about my furniture?
Please contact our store and one of our trained customer service agents will be happy to assist you.

How should I clean my upholstery?
Our upholstery products have a tag located under one of the seat cushions or under the unit itself. The tag shows a universal cleaning code.

Do you take custom orders?
Due to the large quantity of furniture we produce, we do not take custom orders. However, we do have a wide variety of styles in our product line. To find a style that will compliment your home, please check out our complete online product catalog.

I need assembly instructions for my furniture. Where can I get them?
If the item(s) you purchased require assembly, detailed instructions should have been included in the carton. If they were missing or you have misplaced them, please submit the following information: a copy of your original sales receipt, your name, fax number or mailing address and the model number(s) you need to assemble. I recently moved, and in the move, a drawer handle was damaged on my dresser. Help?
Often damaged parts can be replaced. If you need to get a replacement part for a product, contact our store for assistance.

How does your delivery service work?
Orders placed within our delivery areas will arrive on our trucks. Orders placed outside of our delivery areas will be delivered by ABF Freight Systems.  A customer service person will call to arrange delivery. Someone must be home to accept the delivery on the scheduled day, otherwise a redelivery charge will be incurred.

Are there warranties available?
Depending on the type of furniture you select, the warranty will vary. If you would like more specific information about the warranty for the furniture you are considering, please call us at (215) 871-0800

What is your return policy?

All dimensions are displayed in our online showroom under the product details for each piece of furniture.

Where are you located and how do I get there?
We have two locations: 5351 Lancaster avenue and 4808 Tacony Avenue. Please visit our Directions page for turn by turn navigation.

How long will I have to wait if I ordered something?
Please call us at (215) 871-0800 as the wait time may differ depending on the item selected. Depending on the individual manufacturer, it takes 4 to 6 weeks to special order a specific item. In some cases, depending on variables such as fabric availability, it can take longer.

Do you offer any types of discounts?
Yes! Furniture Sir-Plus has always been known for our competitive discount pricing. Please come in and speak to one of our trained sales associates.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as most debit cards.

What if something is wrong with the furniture (damaged/missing parts)?
We strive to carry quality brands and deliver your new furniture in perfect condition. If something is wrong with your furniture, we will do everything we can to help you. Often the manufacturer wants to be contacted directly. The manufacturer usually handles part replacements. There will be a note in the literature that comes with your furniture that will direct you on who to call in the event that parts are needed.
